NATIONWIDE APPRAISALS 
When appropriate Novotny will do distant, online appraisals, and provide  clients with either an oral  appraisal report or a formally written appraisal report.

When there is a complete property loss, and an inspection is not possible, Novotny serves clients, usually plaintiff or defense attorneys, anywhere in the continental United States.  For such assignments the identification of the property is based upon a submitted claim. Mr. Novotny specializes in such assignments, especially for litigation support and insurance or moving and storage loss assignments. He  published an article that details the challenges, the methodology and the USPAP requirements that apply in such assignments in the Journal of Advanced Appraisal Studies.
